The ideal candidate must have experience managing other professionals and leading by example. The individual must be well-versed in digital marketing and capable of building and executing transparent systems to improve marketing operations. Let's dig deeper: - You won't be doing robotic, mindless tasks. You'll need to be creative, bright, flexible, proactive, and strategic. We will highly value it if you can work with significant degrees of accountability and impact. Being able to learn fast and grow even faster will be an enormous plus. - You will be asked to share your experience with our teams, ensuring we always keep the highest standards. Your day-to-day operations will require dedication, smart work, and the ability to hustle. - You will solve challenging issues and put your knowledge and skills to the test daily. What you think will matter, and you'll have ample opportunity to impact all kinds of decisions and processes. 🎯 Responsibilities: - High-level resource planning and making strategic resource management decisions. -Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational procedures. - Lead coaching and professional development training for marketers. - Overseeing client service operations. - Learning our approach to digital marketing and then performing as the ambassador for that approach. - Conduct practice presentations, pitches, and meetings. - Motivating and inspiring individuals to improve their performance and success. - Being a communication guru between teams and clients. 🎯 Requirements: - You have 3+ years of management experience (people and processes). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills. - Analytical skills that help turn data into the right decisions. - Inbound marketing execution and strategy skills. - You have agency experience: which is a huge plus. - Truly detail-oriented - You don't allow things to fall through the cracks. And there's no need to tell you something more than once. You get things done. - Must be comfortable working in a remote environment. - Overall, you have general knowledge of digital marketing About the role: You will be required to undertake a trial period before being promoted to full-time Operations Manager. Our Head of Operations will train you for the first three months and will work closely with them daily.
