📣 Calling all Business Development professionals! If you're looking to keep growing your sales career, you should take this opportunity. We are looking for a person who will be initiating and growing the sales department from scratch for a U.S.-based public accounting firm. The ideal candidate needs to prove past success in sales roles, preferably in business development and will be required to create sales strategies from the bottom up. One of the goals to be achieved is using the most up-to-date and successful ways of doing sales nowadays (yes, it could include AI and new software), so if you want to take this department to another level, this is the place to be. 🔵 Requirements: ◽ Experience as a Business Development Manager/Representative. ◽ At least two years of experience in sales. ◽ Strong experience and achievements as a BDM (Business Development Manager) are required. ◽ Experience with B2B sales and lead generation. ◽ English is required. ◽ You will need your own equipment as well. 🔵 Responsibilities: ◽ Lead outreach ◽ Sales strategy creation and implementation ◽ Generate and qualify leads. ◽ Overcome lead objections. ◽ Close deals. ◽ Handle the entire sales cycle. ◽ Possibly welcoming new sales members and leading them as the department grows.
