In this role, you will shape the Cloud customer success program by gathering insights into the current customer experience and by driving critical improvements. This is a long term contract role and remote position. Responsibilities: - Work with technical PMs, business leaders, engineering to influence and deliver customer experience and process improvements for Cloud support. - Synthesize the customer support experience from multiple channels. - Manage existing customer support documentation (APIs, demos, etc.), identify gaps, and drive the overall content strategy. - Manage multiple initiatives that require frequent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. - Understand the customer experience using Cloud Monitoring products and how they perceive their interactions with our support services. - Leverage existing data and as needed establish new measures to provide visibility into the customer experience.
