Requirements and responsibilities

• Should have prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) • Should have a solid technical background across the entire IT Infrastructure / Managed Services technology stack • Hands-on experience with RMM tools like Kaseya or ConnectWise, PSA software - ConnectWise Manage / Autotask, backup tools - StorageCraft, Veeam, Datto, Acronis, etc, security solutions, patching • Ability to consult with MSP clients and help them solve complex business challenges via technology
