Requirements and responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain UKG modules and workflows supporting: Core HR, Onboarding, Recruitment, Compensation, Workforce Management, Benefits Administration, PayrollManage routine system updates, patches, upgrades, and enhancements.Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.Conduct regular audits to ensure: Data Integrity, Security Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, System AccuracySupport integrations between UKG and other enterprise applications.Collaborate with People & Culture (P&C) teams to align system configurations with business requirements and collective agreements.Develop and maintain: System Documentation, Configuration Guides, User Manuals, Knowledge Base ArticlesAct as Tier 2/3 support and provide technical guidance to UKG power users and business stakeholders.Required SkillsUKG Configuration & AdministrationWorkforce Management (WFM)HRIS SupportPayroll & Benefits ConfigurationRecruitment & Onboarding WorkflowsSystem Upgrades & Patch ManagementData Auditing & ComplianceTroubleshooting & Issue ResolutionSystem IntegrationsDocumentation & User SupportPreferred QualificationsExperience with UKG Pro / UKG Ready / UKG DimensionsStrong HR Technology and Workforce Management knowledgeExperience supporting enterprise HR systemsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
