This leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching high-performing Account Executives, and building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution.The ideal candidate has a strong track record in enterprise sales leadership, experience managing geographically distributed teams, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.What You’ll DoLead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the regionDrive regional revenue attainment and pipeline generation against quarterly and annual targetsBuild and execute strategic territory and account plansPartner closely with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to accelerate deal cycles and customer outcomesEstablish operational rigor around forecasting, pipeline management, and sales executionRecruit, onboard, and retain top enterprise sales talentDevelop executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers and prospectsCreate a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvementProvide accurate forecasting and regional business insights to senior leadershipRequired Qualifications5+ years of enterprise sales management experience in cybersecurity spaceExperience leading and scaling teams of 8+ quota-carrying enterprise sellersProven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise or strategic sales environmentsStrong executive presence with experience selling into complex enterprise organizationsDemonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams
