This role serves as the link between sales, operations, and supply chain teams by translating historical performance, market trends, and business goals into actionable demand and inventory plans.This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.What You’ll Be Doing:Develop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple territories, including the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, and other global marketsAnalyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to create accurate demand and inventory plansBuild annual, quarterly, and seasonal forecasts to support business growth and production planningEstablish sales quantity plans and allocation strategies across territories and sales channelsMonitor sales performance against forecasts and identify risks, variances, and opportunitiesPrepare and distribute weekly reports on sales performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory healthCreate and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into key sales and inventory metricsMonitor inventory levels across channels and territories and identify products at risk of stockoutProactively communicate replenishment needs to operations and supply chain teams to maintain product availabilitySupport seasonal pre-order planning by providing accurate demand projections and business insightsCollaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to align forecasting and inventory planning effortsSupport the client with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, in alignment with the role and overall business objectivesWho We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Sales Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or a related analytical roleStrong experience with forecasting, demand planning, inventory analysis, and performance reportingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google SheetsExperience working with multiple sales channels, including e-commerce, wholesale, retail, or marketplace environmentsAbility to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendationsStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience creating reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools for business stakeholdersExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, ERP systems, inventory management systems, or reporting tools is highly preferredBackground in consumer products, apparel, retail, e-commerce, or a related industry is preferredAvailable to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)Available to start within 2 weeks from job offerTechnical Requirements:Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcamReliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outagesWhy You’ll Love Working Here:💰 Competitive CompensationWe offer a monthly salary starting at USD 1,000 - 1,200, with flexibility for higher compensation based on your experience and qualifications.
