Job OverviewPlutus21 Partners is hiring a Solution Advisor to enhance the experience by aligning solutions with strategic objectives and business priorities, and to focus on successfully navigating complex organizational and regulatory landscapes during new sales, cross-sell, upsell, and strategic renewal processes while guiding end-to-end solution design.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the assigned Business Development team to achieve business growth objectivesSupport the Business Development team throughout the sales process as a domain expert in global environmental, health & safety (EH&S) regulationsUtilize a value connection mindset to identify business priorities, processes, and key stakeholders within the deal teamInfluence deal shaping, including solution combinations and pricing, by assessing project scope and implementation complexitySupport the design of end-to-end solutions that help address regulatory requirements and business objectivesDeliver presentations and demonstrations of compliance solutions and capabilitiesCustomize Statements of Work (SOW) for complex and comprehensive delivery programsAssist in preparation of RFI/RFP/SOW responsesImpact Commercial OutcomesConsistently meet performance targetsSupport upsell and strategic renewal opportunitiesApply a value-driven approach to understand business challenges through structured discovery and needs analysis before proposing solutionsIdentify key market trends and opportunities while maintaining awareness of the competitive landscapeSupport go-to-market initiatives and provide training to commercial teams as neededAct as a consultative resource for internal and external stakeholders in managing complex requirementsOther ResponsibilitiesServe as an industry and product expert to analyze business needs, challenges, and objectives to design relevant solution and service offeringsStay updated on major global chemical and environmental regulatory developmentsDevelop and maintain industry point-of-view presentations and customer-facing collateralCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution deliveryGather feedback and translate insights into enhancement recommendations shared with leadership and product teams to influence the product roadmapRepresent the organization at industry events and trade shows, promoting industry expertise and thought leadershipQualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred5+ years of experience in environmental, health & safety, supply chain, product stewardship, or regulatory compliance rolesStrong knowledge of chemical regulatory frameworks including HazCom, GHS, REACH, TSCA, RoHS, Prop 65, DOT, WHMIS, and related standards3–5 years of experience in consultative or client-facing rolesProficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
