You will architect, deploy, and maintain AI-powered workflows across demand generation, content, lifecycle, and analytics; working directly with the VP of Marketing to operationalize strategy at scale. This is not a "prompt engineer" role. You will build real systems, agents, pipelines, integrations, and be accountable for their outputs.Key Responsibilities:Manage and expand GoTu's internal AI teammate infrastructure, including routing logic, prompt maintenance, and performance monitoringBuild and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and cross-channel triggers for both dental offices and dental professionalsDevelop AI-powered content operations pipelines: from brief generation and SEO/AEO workflows to drafting, QA, and publishing automationOwn the marketing data stack, maintaining clean attribution, UTM governance, and pipeline reporting across HubSpot, Snowflake, and Hex/TableauCollaborate with demand gen on channel infrastructure: LinkedIn, Meta, Bing, job board integrations, and direct mail workflowsBuild and maintain current AI-native systems and AI engagement tools (conversational AI, onboarding flows)Support scraper pipelines and licensing data infrastructure that feed GTM targeting and ICP signal frameworksDocument all systems, maintain SOPs, and enable the broader marketing team to operate autonomously within the systems you buildKey Competencies3–6 years in marketing operations, growth ops, or revenue operationsHands-on HubSpot power user (workflows, lists, sequences, reporting)Demonstrated experience building with AI tools: LLM APIs, vibe-coding platforms, or workflow automation (Make, n8n, Zapier)Strong analytical mindset; fluent in attribution modeling and funnel analysisComfortable working across marketing, data, and product without a clear playbookExcellent written communication: you write clear specs, SOPs, and stakeholder updatesGoTu Technology, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer.
