Requirements and responsibilities

PMO Consultant role supporting PMO function across cross-functional environments. Responsibilities include establishing PMO governance structures, cadence setting, milestone tracking, executive reporting (dashboards, status updates, consolidated health views), and driving alignment across engineering, IT, legal, finance, risk, HR, and communications. Experience building scalable PMO tools, templates, and operating rhythms using Microsoft Office tools. Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and distill insights for senior leadership. Potentially transition PMO processes to internal ownership over time.
