Using AI, real-time location data (RTLS), and deep EHR integration, our platform enables care teams to operate with real-time intelligence and financial discipline.Trusted by leading U.S. health systems including HCA, Sutter Health, AdventHealth, Trinity Health, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs — and backed by Goldman Sachs — we are scaling rapidly toward the next phase of durable, disciplined hypergrowth.What you’ll doPlan deployments end-to-end: Create detailed site plans, milestones, dependencies, and checklists.Run the field rhythm: Lead daily/weekly standups with contractors, facilities/biomed, and hospital IT; unblock tasks and drive decisions on site.Site readiness & installs: Coordinate surveys, placement, cabling/low-voltage, mounting, labeling, and inventory; ensure EHS compliance and access/permits.Field readiness: Pre-stage devices, execute commissioning/functional tests, document results, and manage punch lists to closure.Risk & change control: Surface issues early and manage change orders within SOW.Documentation & handover: Produce as-builts, acceptance criteria/results, and clean handoffs to Support/CSM; run the 30–60–90 day stabilization checklist.Vendors & budgets: Coordinate third-party installers and OEMs to SLAs; track actuals vs. plan to protect PS margin.You’ll thrive here if youLike being on site, solving real-world blockers quickly and safely.Keep work highly organized (lists, logs, labels) and communicate crisply.Are hands-on and high-agency—comfortable coordinating crews and moving hardware.Treat time, cost, scope, and safety as non-negotiables.Must-haves3–5+ years managing field deployments or customer implementations (IoT/RTLS, or enterprise software).Healthcare delivery environment experience (facilities, biomed, infection control, EHS).Strong contractor/vendor coordination and multi-site scheduling experience.RTLS/BLE/IoT deployments, device commissioning, and RMA/inventory processes.Solid project tooling: Zendesk, Wrike.Excellent written/verbal communication; clean checklists, acceptance docs, and status notes.Ability to travel frequently to hospital sites.Nice-to-havesReading floor plans and creating as-builts (Visio/CAD/Bluebeam).Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2, OSHA-10/30, BICSI, Prosci (or similar).How we workIC ownership: Outcomes over activities; clear scope, gates, and acceptance.Decision speed: Explicit owners, decision logs, and 24-hour escalation when blocked.Enterprise-grade delivery: Change control, QA, and rollback plans on every cutover.Vendor accountability: SLAs, scorecards, and documented acceptance at each gate.Two clocks, one plan: We align project schedules with clinical realities; patient care comes first.
