Overview20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.We are a growing digital marketing agency serving small businesses and are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter to focus on revenue generation. This role is primarily responsible for outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and setting appointments with potential clients. Revenue generation is the top priority for this position.The initial engagement will focus on outbound sales activities, with the potential to expand responsibilities or build a larger team as the business grows.The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clientsGenerate new leads and qualify prospectsSet appointments and book meetings for the sales teamFollow the provided scripts, workflows, and sales processesUpdate and manage lead information accurately in the CRMMaintain organized records of calls, outcomes, and follow-upsCommunicate regularly with the client regarding progress and resultsEach engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.SkillsThe Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment settingStrong verbal communication and conversational English skillsConfidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makersAbility to handle objections professionally and effectivelyFamiliarity with CRM tools and dialing systems (or willingness to learn)Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generationNice to HaveExperience working with digital marketing agenciesBackground in B2B sales or service-based businessesBilingual English and Spanish proficiency (preferred but not required)Tools & Systems:Client will provide access to calling systems, CRM, and necessary toolsAssistance with setup can be provided if neededWork ScheduleContracted Hours per Week: 20 HoursScheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday Daily Working Time: TBD ESTNote: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above.
