Requirements and responsibilities

About GNO PartnersGNO Partners helps Amazon sellers run smarter, more profitable businesses. We're building an internal platform that gives our clients a suite of tools to analyze their Amazon operations, surface actionable insights, and push optimizations back to Amazon at scale. We already have 6 tools live and a roadmap to ship many more, automate data flow via Amazon's APIs, and layer AI-driven insights across the platform. What You'll DoYou'll be a core engineer building out the next generation of our platform. Day to day, that looks like:Building new report tools end-to-end: from ingesting Amazon reports (CSV/Excel uploads today, APIs soon) to aggregating data across sources and producing the bulk operations files clients use to make changes on Amazon.Owning features across the stack: NestJS APIs, Postgres data models, React frontends, and the AWS plumbing that ties it together.Working closely with our team to translate Amazon seller workflows into clean, reliable software.Contributing to our shift toward fully automated data flow with Amazon SP-API and Ads API.Helping integrate AI-powered insights into reports as we build that layer out. What We're Looking For3-5 years of full-stack experience shipping production software.Strong with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and React.Comfortable with Postgres / Supabase — you can model data well and write queries that don't fall over at scale.Working knowledge of core AWS services: S3, Lambda, EC2, SNS, SQS.Basic familiarity with AI agentic systems — you've built or experimented with LLM-powered features, tool-use, or agent workflows. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be curious and ready to build in this space.Pragmatic, ownership-driven, and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.Clear written communication — we work async across time zones.Nice to HaveExperience with Amazon Seller Central, SP-API, or Ads API.Background working with large CSV/Excel datasets or report aggregation pipelines.Prior work on B2B SaaS or analytics platforms. Why JoinReal ownership over features that ship to paying clients.A small, senior team where your work is visible and impactful.Clear roadmap with meaningful technical challenges ahead — APIs, pipelines, and AI.
