Responsibilities
Role OverviewYou will be responsible for testing React Native mobile applications and a Ruby on Rails backend, with future scope to work on Next.js-based eCommerce web applications.Key Skills & RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with Playwright (JavaScript) – Minimum 2 years (MANDATORY)Hands-on experience in mobile app testingAppium experience is mandatoryStrong understanding of locators (XPath, CSS selectors, accessibility IDs, etc.)Good understanding of API testing (Postman)Experience in manual + automation testing (sanity, regression, end-to-end)Familiarity with Jira and GitBasic knowledge of SQL / backend validationUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)Understanding of modern web apps (React / Next.js) is a plusGood to HaveExperience with Java + Rest Assured for API automationExposure to MaestroDebugging tools like Charles / ProxymanWhat You’ll Work OnEnd-to-end testing of mobile appsAPI validation and automationEnsuring high-quality releases across platformsScaling automation for upcoming eCommerce systemsEligibility: Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period preferred
