Job Description:
- Prospecting customers by telephone using own or external databases for different vertical markets.
- Set up appointments and meetings with prospects for Sales Specialists.
- Elaborate and follow up business proposals for customers for projects and daily requests.
- Identify potential sales opportunities to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct account research, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest.
- Achieve sales objectives across both short-term and long-term business cycles.
- Maintain accurate records and manage the pipeline within the CRM.
- Close deals with new or existing customers.
- Search for new project opportunities and to support by providing contact information to the department of collection or negotiation process.
Requirements:
- Professional with 1 - 3 years of experience in sales.
- Direct sales experience within the Oil & Gas sector (not mandatory).
- Proven knowledge of sales and negotiation strategies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of proactivity, persistence, and results-orientation.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Required).
