Our warehouse experts work with customers to understand challenges and goals, develop a recommendation that’s aligned to the customer’s business objectives, and deliver value.What to expectThe ideal Senior Program Manager (SPM) candidate will support delivery of multiple Warehouse Management System projects for clients.  SPM will utilize traditional knowledge areas including scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, and stakeholder management.  Internally, SPM will work regularly with Finance, IT, HR, Delivery, Services Leadership, and other departments and individuals as needed.  Externally, SPM will work closely with one or more clients, software partners (currently Blue Yonder, Infor, and Softeon), possibly consulting partners and 3rd party resourcing companies.  The position will contribute to the ongoing development of the PMO including best practices and initiatives including AI in project management.
