About the roleOur client is looking for a CRM Specialist (User Experience Specialist) responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing in-app messages, push notifications, tooltips, tours, and surveys to improve the user experience for new and existing users.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a strategy for using tooltips, tours, and surveys to improve the user experience.Work with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and implement effective tooltips, tours, and surveys.Measure the effectiveness of tooltips, tours, and surveys and make improvements as needed.Collaborate with the customer support team to answer user questions and feedback.RequirementsStrong design, communication, and collaboration skills.Experience in tooltips, tours, and survey implementation.Experience in UX/UI design.Experience in user research.Experience in data analysis.Knowledge of Chameleon, Customer.io, OneSignal, or others CRM Sportbooks systems.CRM oriented.Understanding of the gaming industry.Fluency in English.
