Position: Customer Service Representative. Location: Alicante/Malaga, Spain. Work Model: On-Site/hybrid model possible (2–3 days per week on-site, depending on performance). Employment Type: Full-time. Duties and Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email channels. - Support customers with mobile, internet, and TV-related questions and issues. - Assist with SIM card activation, mobile data setup, and account-related requests. - Guide customers through TV box installation and home internet setup processes. - Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide effective solutions. - Deliver professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented support. - Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities when appropriate. - Maintain accurate customer records and interaction notes. - Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service. - Meet service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements: - Native-level Dutch (C2), English at B1 level or higher. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. - Comfortable identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. - Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly. - Tech-savvy with an interest in technology and telecommunications services. - Availability to work rotational schedules, including evenings and weekends. - Legal right to live and work in Spain with valid documentation (EU passport or residency permit). - Previous customer service, contact center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience. - Experience in telecommunications, technology, or technical support environments. - Experience handling phone, chat, or email support channels.
