Role Information:Job Title: Account Manager - Industrial New Markets Eastern US (East of the Mississippi)Work Location: Remote position, must be located East of the MississippiEmployment Type: Full-timeEmployment Status: Exempt, salariedVisa sponsorship is not available for this position.Must reside in the United States.We are not accepting applicants for remote workers in California, Illinois, and New York at this time.Compensation:$110,000 - $130,000 base, depending on years of experienceOn Target total compensation of $200,000 based on $4MM target annual sales goal (uncapped)Role Overview:The Account Manager is responsible for delivering revenue growth from a portfolio of accounts in line with company goals. The Account Manager coordinates Cutsforth resources to uncover customer needs, align these needs with Cutsforth solutions, and close revenue by solving the customer’s needs. The Account Manager is able to maintain a pipeline of business and provide accurate forecasting to the organization.This is a remote position. Candidates must be located east of the Mississippi River and within reasonable distance of an international airport.Key Responsibilities:Develop positive relationships in multiple areas of the customer organization.Uncover customer needs in line with Cutsforth solutions by executing sales tactics and account planning.Maintain contact with clients, answer questions, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions to issues that arise.Coordinate Cutsforth resources to ensure customer success and sustain revenue growth.Stay up to date on industry and market trends impacting the target accounts.Sustain multiple quarters of sales pipeline at all times, with the ability to provide a forecast with certainty to leadership.Develop relationships and coordinate with partner companies to meet customers’ needs.Attend trade shows and conferences as needed.Provide feedback to the organization on products, services, and internal processes based on experience with customers.Keep the CRM pipeline and account information up to date in line with company goals and expectations.Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct technical sales or account management.Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).Significant experience with CRM tools (Salesforce).Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation plan.Experience working with a cross-functional team.Experience in related industrial fields such as data centers, pulp/paper, chemical plants, water/wastewater, oil/gas, or metals/mining.Must be located east of the Mississippi River and within reasonable distance of an international airport.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.Proficient at navigating LinkedIn and other similar tools.Experience working remotely and managing a sales pipeline.Other Qualifications:Must successfully pass a background check for cybersecurity site access.Must be able to multitask while remaining highly organized.Must be a team player with the highest level of integrity and a positive attitude.Must work efficiently and autonomously.Must display excellent communication skills and have a passion for sales strategies.Cybersecurity Role Expectations:Candidate will be responsible for reviewing policies and procedures related to cybersecurity and those relevant to the functions of their role.Candidate is expected to maintain a cybersecure work environment.Benefits:Paid Time OffMedical, Vision, Dental InsuranceHealth Savings Account with Employer contributions401(k) with Employer matchShort-term & Long-term Disability CoverageAccidental Death & Dismemberment CoverageLife Insurance CoverageEight paid holidays per yearAll other benefits required by applicable lawAlignment with Corporate ValuesAll Cutsforth employees are expected to perform their work in a manner that exhibits understanding and adherence to the Company Mission and Core Attributes of Cutsforth Employees.
