Skylight is #hiring a Senior or Staff Growth Engineer to help launch our brand new Growth Pod! (fully remote, US)We're building a small, focused team with a clear mandate: move the metrics that power this business. Subscription attach rate above all else, plus retention and related growth goals across our product surfaces. This is a founding engineering seat on the Pod, not a ticket-taker role.Near term, you'd live in our Shopify + Hydrogen e-comm site, shipping experiments fast. Over time the mix shifts to roughly 70% React Native app, 30% e-comm. The work will grow and evolve as the Pod does.If you want toBe a founding engineer on a Growth Pod with a clear mandate and real autonomyRun experiments end-to-end: hypothesis, design, build, ship, read results honestlyWork across a Shopify + Hydrogen storefront and a React Native app used by millions of familiesCare about business outcomes, not just whether the PR mergedBring statistical rigor to A/B testing (you know the difference between a result and a fluke)Strong TypeScript and React required.
