This position supports the growth of our Partner by ensuring the timely and effective follow-up on candidate administration, scheduling, sourcing, and systems administration.RequirementsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.Minimum of one year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, administrative support, or a similar fast-paced professional environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms (e.g., Noon, HireEZ)Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or ADPCandidate sourcing experience across a variety of rolesUnderstanding of employment law basics and EEO complianceProficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS) and/or scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, GoodTime, or similar)Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent skills utilizing Google/Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel/Google Sheets and AI toolsStrong relationship-building skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyAbility to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities simultaneouslyHigh level of urgency and responsivenessAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentNon-NegotiablesDemonstrated experience with AI tools and technologiesSystems-savvy with the ability to serve as a TA Systems AdministratorLocated in Eastern Europe and willing to operate in a PST time zoneExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishPrimary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule all interview activity including phone screens, virtual interviews, onsite visits, and panel debriefs across multiple time zonesManage candidate communication throughout the interview process, confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and feedback collection, ensuring timely and professional correspondenceMaintain accurate and timely ATS updates and other systems as neededExecute targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings to build diverse pipelines; screen candidates against job requirements and provide summarized shortlists for Recruiter reviewAudit job listings across internal and external job boards for accuracy and brand consistencySupport talent pipeline maintenance, candidate nurture sequences, and pre-employment documentation including offer letters and background check initiationsAssist with recruiting reporting and analytics including time-to-schedule, fill metrics, and sourcing channel effectivenessAttend career fairs, campus events, and networking activities under Recruiter guidance as neededEngage in team meetings and training sessions; maintain or exceed department-established performance standards
