This includes regularly communicating with providers and therapists, network onboarding, training success, ongoing education, and working cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.What you’ll be doing as Provider Services Representative:Serve as a point person to address day-to-day provider and therapist operation issues.Assist with coordinating coverage, reassignments, and ongoing network communication.Conduct clinical onboarding success meetings and provide continuous educational support.Assist with the development and dissemination of materials for program trainings and portal feature launches.Work cross-functionally across Talent, Credentialing, HR, Clinical Leadership and Compliance to continuously drive improvement efforts.Identify technical problems and escalate relevant information to the engineering team.Support collaboration agreements by maintaining files and preparing state required chart reviews.Perform additional duties as required.Requirements:2 years of experience in healthcare operations in the payer or provider settingMonday through Friday (subject to change), 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PSTA meticulously organized and detail-oriented executorA proactive problem solverSomeone who takes initiative and thrives in a semi-structured and dynamic work environmentAn effective oral and written communicatorPassionate about operations, healthcare innovation, and telemedicineDriven to have a positive impactBenefits:A competitive hourly pay: $22.00 - $24.00Fully paid for comprehensive health care (medical, dental, vision)Pet InsuranceLife Insurance & Short / Long Term Disability401k Plan15 days paid vacation, 3 paid personal days, 3 paid sick days, paid holidaysParental LeaveWork remotelyAdditional memberships and perksFinal offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise.
