This role combines outbound lead generation, prospecting, appointment setting, and consultative sales within the AI and custom software development space.The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast paced environments, takes initiative without constant supervision, learns new technologies quickly, and is motivated by performance and growth opportunities. This position will start part time with a clear opportunity to grow into a full time role based on performance and results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and research potential B2B clients using platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, and other lead generation toolsBuild targeted prospect lists aligned with the client’s ideal customer profileConduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold callingGenerate qualified leads and schedule appointments with decision makersSales & Client CommunicationConduct discovery conversations with prospects to understand business needs and pain pointsPresent the client’s AI and custom software solutions in a clear and consultative mannerHandle objections confidently and maintain professional follow up communicationSupport sales conversations and potentially assist with closing high ticket dealsMaintain ongoing communication with prospects throughout the sales cycleCRM & Process ManagementAccurately document client interactions, requirements, and sales progress within the company CRM systemOrganize prospect and client information using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, and internal systemsCollaborate with the internal development and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff of client requirementsPerformance & InitiativeContinuously look for ways to improve outreach strategies and lead generation effortsTake initiative to solve problems independently and maintain momentum without waiting for instructionsAdapt quickly to new software, systems, and technologies introduced by the companyFocus on measurable business outcomes and revenue generation rather than task completion aloneQualifications & SkillsMust Have ✅Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, outbound sales, or B2B business developmentExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalExperience using LinkedIn for outreach and prospectingComfortable conducting cold calls and outbound email campaignsStrong technology skills and ability to quickly learn new software platforms and toolsExperience working remotely with U.S. based companies or clientsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience working with enterprise or B2B clientsPreferred ⭐Experience selling AI, SaaS, software development, or technology related services highly preferredFamiliarity with tools such as Apollo, Clay, Notion, Slack, Asana, and CRM platformsExperience handling consultative sales conversations and high ticket offersPrevious experience supporting startup or fast growing companiesPersonality Traits 🌟Highly proactive with a strong sense of urgencyResults driven and motivated by growth opportunitiesAggressive in pursuing goals and generating business opportunitiesResourceful problem solver who takes initiative without waiting for directionQuick learner who adapts easily to new technologies and workflowsConfident communicator with strong critical thinking skillsResilient and capable of handling rejection and objections professionallySelf motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow within the companyStrong speaking and verbal communication skillsAbility to think on their feet in live conversations and interviewsComfortable and confident during client interactions and calls
