We’re Hiring: SAP Application Support Engineer (SD)We are looking for a proactive and technically strong SAP Application Support Engineer to join our support team and ensure smooth, stable, and efficient SAP Sales & Distribution operations across enterprise environments.If you have strong troubleshooting skills and enjoy resolving real-time production issues in order-to-cash processes, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2 / L3 support for SAP SD applications and business processesMonitor system performance and resolve incidents within SLA timelinesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Customer Master DataSupport integration processes between SD and other SAP modules such as MM, FI, WM, and PPCollaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure system stability and business continuityAnalyze root causes and support continuous improvement of application support processesRequired Skills:Strong experience in SAP SD support environmentsHands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution expertise in Sales & Distribution processesGood understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processesExperience supporting pricing, billing, shipping, and sales order management scenariosGood understanding of SAP system architecture and landscapeGood to Have:Knowledge of ITIL support processes and incident managementExposure to SAP S/4HANA Sales environmentsExperience with monitoring and alerting toolsUnderstanding of logistics, customer service, and supply chain processesInterested candidates can apply or refer suitable profiles at: careers@prodigyhrm.comKnow someone who fits?
