About Proximity FoundationProximity Foundation runs structured coding education programs for young people aged 14-18 at Community Care Institutions (CCIs). Using a computer-based LMS curriculum covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, we pair students with volunteer mentors in cohort-based sessions designed to build real technical skills and lasting confidence.We are scaling from the first cohort to many cohorts within Mumbai and building the operational team that will carry this program forward. Every role in Proximity Foundation is a direct investment in the young people we serve.Role Type : VolunteerTime Commitment : 2-3 hrs. a weekDepartment : Outreach & ContentReports to : Operations ManagerROLE FOCUSThe content engine of Proximity Foundation. Owns all content creation and communication materials — including everything the Partnerships & Engagement Lead needs to do their outreach work. Produces partnership decks, one-pagers, social content, and outreach templates.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProduce all partnership materials needed by the Partnerships Lead — pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, and email templatesManage social media presence across LinkedIn and InstagramOversee website content and all external communication updatesManage and support the Content Creator and Volunteer Sourcing rolesCollaborate closely with the Partnerships Lead to brief, create, and refine materials for each donor or CSR targetReport content output and communication metrics to the Operations ManagerWHAT A TYPICAL WEEK LOOKS LIKEYou'll be creating and scheduling content, collaborating with the Partnerships Lead on what materials they need next, reviewing work from the Content Creator, and overseeing volunteer sourcing posts.WHY THIS ROLE MATTERSYou'll build Proximity Foundation's voice from the ground up — and the materials you create will directly open doors to partnerships and funding that sustain the program.HOW TO APPLYTo express interest in this role, please send a short note (no formal CV required) to: Bhoomi.k@proximity.foundationTell us a little about yourself, why this role appeals to you, and any relevant experience.
