Requirements and responsibilities

• Building a scalable, global immigration and mobility program that is fair, consistent and approachable for all stakeholders • Designing and executing a process for managing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and visas, permanent residency, and displacement or transfer strategies • Consulting the business on mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion • Partnering with Recruiting and People Programs to develop policies that meaningfully support internal mobility and career development (e.g., Relocation, International Rotations) • Leading various internal reviews or audits of immigration data, processes and policies • Developing a reliable training and communications plan that educates, anticipates, and provides stability in times of uncertainty • Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to determine eligibility of sponsorship for key roles and messaging to candidates
