We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team on an initial 6-month contract. As a crucial member of the project, you will play a key role in revamping our Salesforce implementation to maximize adoption and value among our commercial users globally. This role involves partnering with commercial stakeholders to design, plan, develop, and deploy business-critical capabilities to enable Account Managers around the globe. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, extensive knowledge of Salesforce development, configuration, and customization, and the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities: - Partner with Product Research, Commercial, and Engineering teams to design a Salesforce solution and architecture that meets business requirements. - Propose a plan that breaks the work down into smaller releases, identifies dependencies, and collaborates with Engineering Manager and Product Manager to execute the proposal. - Work closely with the EM to understand development timelines, coordinate with other technology teams, manage dependencies, and support successful solution deployment. - Use extensive experience and knowledge of Salesforce to advise stakeholders on best practices as applicable to Account Management.
