Avantor's Solon, OH facility is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift. The role involves coordinating shipment activities, directing movement of shipments, verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with forklift experience preferred. The pay is $18.50 per hour, plus $0.50 2nd shift differential. Responsibilities: - Coordinate activities of shipment - Direct movement of shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas - Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments - Prepare items for shipment - Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, and record shortages - Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications - Perform other duties as assigned
