Schedule and pay rate:
- Hours: 20 hours.
- Languages Required: English
- Pay Rate: $3-$4\/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments via email, phone, or messaging platforms.
- Conduct outreach to contacts for appointment setting and confirmations.
- Maintain organized records of meetings, follow-ups, and client communications.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, inbox management, and file organization.
- Provide timely updates and reports on appointment statuses and pending actions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, and appointment setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (English fluency required).
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
