* Have fun with the recruiting process. * Establish an excellent working relationship with candidates. * Following the ttg workflow process, you will be building a solid database of ready-to-be-placed candidates. * Prepare our candidates for submission using our state-of-the-art platform – ttg OPT * Accompany Business Development executives on client visits * Analyze the market and identify new trends and opportunities to advance ttg’s mission. * Manage the recruiting process including prospecting, screening, coordinating interviews, and administration of the ATS * Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates * Extensive use of social media (LinkedIn) and other networking platforms * Conduct reference/background checks, as needed. * Make recommendations for hire and communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, etc.) * Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status. * Build and maintain relationships with key internal business partners and externally for networking and referrals. * Provide timely progress updates on prospecting, interviews, and placement activity.
