We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance diagnostics, architecture design, tuning, monitoring, and software development. In this role, you will be responsible for creating performance engineering strategies, assessing non-functional requirements, and designing workload models. You will also need to have strong expertise in JMeter test scripting and execution, as well as development skills in Java/J2EE frameworks. Experience in a Scaled Agile environment and knowledge of APM tools will be a plus. Responsibilities:
- Design and execute performance diagnostics, architecture design, tuning, and monitoring
- Create performance engineering strategies and assess non-functional requirements
- Design workload models by analyzing production statistics
- Write custom code for efficient performance testing framework
- Develop skills in Java/J2EE frameworks
- Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest optimization engineering solutions
- Have knowledge of APM tools and scripting languages like JavaScript, PERL, Python, and UNIX shell
- Contribute to mobile performance testing, DevOps, Agile, and Microservices
- Collaborate with development teams to provide optimization engineering solutions
