As a Brand Marketing Manager at First Circle, you will be responsible for rebuilding and shaping the First Circle Brand. This role involves defining the First Circle Brand, reflecting the brand through all content and customer touch points, and building the First Circle Community. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in Marketing, be young, hungry, and creative with a willingness to do something that has never been done before, and be well-rounded in all aspects of Marketing from online campaigns to content creation. Prior track record of delivering outcomes & experimenting, experience working in a product-led growth company, and being data-driven and experimental in approach and measurement are desired characteristics. Responsibilities: - Define the First Circle Brand: Refine the First Circle brand so it is unique to our customer base, and have ready to strategically position across all channels & maintains credibility. Undertake market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as future trends - Reflect Brand through all content and customer touch points: Development and execute Brand Marketing on all online business platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Website & other) in a budget-conscious way - Build the First Circle Community: Work alongside the Partnerships team for development and execution of all ground events, promotions, and placements for the business/brand.
