We are looking for our first Procurement Manager to join Superside to establish the function. As the first hire dedicated to this crucial role, you will have the opportunity to shape and optimize procurement processes, forge strategic relationships, and contribute to the success of our mission to build the best creative service in the world. Responsibilities: - Take charge of building a world-class procurement function from scratch in a tech-enabled, scale-up environment. - Lead key contract negotiations. - Define procurement workflows and policy. - Train leaders throughout Superside on procurement best practices, and ensure such practices are incorporated. - Leverage tech tools to drive efficiency and speed within the procurement process. - Own procurement planning, target setting, and reporting.
