This position is ideal for a Master's level student with a strong interest in Agile methodologies and project management. As a Scrum Master Intern, you will support our Scrum Masters in facilitating Agile processes, ensuring effective communication, and driving the success of our development teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Scrum Masters in planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Monitor and report on team progress, helping to identify and remove impediments.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team.Maintain and update project documentation, including sprint backlogs and task boards.Support the team in achieving a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects.About YouCurrently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
