We are on a mission to empower financial institutions, corporates, and crypto-native companies in navigating the complexities of the digital-asset landscape. Cryptio is seeking an HR & Payroll Administrator to play a key role in managing and ensuring the seamless operation of HR and payroll processes. This role is critical in supporting our employees and contributing to the growth of our dynamic organization. The successful candidate will report to and assist the Head of People, playing a key part in enhancing the overall HR function. This is a great opportunity to grow into a full Payroll, HR Generalist, or eventually HRBP role within the company. Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment processes, managing job postings, and coordinating interviews. - Facilitate the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization. - Handle payroll processing and address related inquiries. - Maintain accurate digital employee records and handle benefits administration. - Monitor and track employee PTO & Absence records. - Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with UK and French labour laws and regulations. - Generate and analyze HR reports on various metrics. - Facilitate communication between employees and the HR department.
