IT Product & Project Lead at BlockTXM

As the IT Product & Project Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role throughout the entire lifecycle of a custom software project, starting from scratch. You’ll begin by leading the Discovery Phase (first 3 months), focusing on defining the product vision, understanding user needs, shaping the MVP, and aligning stakeholders. Once the Discovery Phase is complete, your role will shift into Project Lead, where you'll ensure that execution aligns with the defined roadmap and timelines—working closely with technical and design teams to drive delivery. You’ll collaborate with a global, cross-functional team, including the Lead Developer and UI/UX Designer, using Agile methodologies. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where strategic thinking meets structured execution. We also have new projects in the pipeline, where you’ll be able to play the same dual-role, shaping both product and delivery outcomes from the ground up. Responsibilities: * Lead product definition: gather requirements, define key features, MVP scope, roadmap, and success metrics. * Translate client needs into clear, well-prioritized user stories. * Design and manage the project plan: timelines, deliverables, risks, and milestones. * Act as the main point of contact with the client, facilitating meetings, validations, and clear communication. * Coordinate with the Lead Developer and UX/UI Designer to ensure technical execution aligns with the product vision. * Manage the product backlog and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, demos, retros). * Monitor product progress and adjust priorities based on feedback and delivery status. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and results-oriented work within the team.
