This role involves maintaining clean and accurate financial records across multiple corporate entities. The ideal candidate will work independently, with clear expectations and strong support. AllView is a fast-growing, full-service real estate company based in California. We specialize in property management and residential and commercial sales brokerage services, with new verticals on the horizon. Our company offers stable systems, strong leadership, and a long-term vision. This is a remote, full-time position ideal for someone who values structure, consistency, and craftsmanship in their work. What you’ll be doing: * Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Online for multiple entities. * Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards weekly. * Process payables, receivables, intercompany transfers, and payroll. * Perform weekly bookkeeping updates by Friday end of day and complete month-end closes within 5 business days. * Prepare internal financial reports and KPI dashboards to support leadership decision-making. * Ensure accurate documentation of management fees and AppFolio transactions. * Collaborate with our CPA on tax filings and accounting best practices. * Follow clear workflows with well-defined deadlines. * Report directly to the COO with minimal interruptions or last-minute changes. What you’ll need to succeed: * 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (multi-entity preferred). * Proficiency in QuickBooks Online. * Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets. * A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for maintaining clean books. * Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). * Ability to work independently, stay on track, and meet deadlines. * Experience in real estate accounting and AppFolio is required.
