Real Estate ISA (Appointment Setter) – Remote (LATAM) Work from home | Full-time | Fluent English required | Long-term opportunity 🔍 About the Role We’re a U.S.-based real estate team looking for a fluent English speaker with excellent phone presence to join us as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA). You’ll speak with warm buyer leads, follow a proven script, and set appointments for our loan officers. There’s no cold calling — all leads are provided. 🎯 What We’re Looking For We care deeply about tonality and communication style. You must be able to: * Sound confident, friendly, and natural on the phone * Follow a conversational script while building trust * Adapt to the energy of the person on the other end 🛠️ Responsibilities * Quickly respond to new inbound buyer leads * Call, text, and follow up using our CRM system * Log notes, update lead status, and follow pre-set cadences * Set appointments or move leads into nurture * Follow our 14-day multichannel outreach strategy 📌 What You Need * Fluent English (B2 or higher required) * Clear, friendly, and natural speaking voice * Computer or laptop (no tablets) * High-speed internet * Noise-canceling headset * Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours 💻 All software and tools are provided — you'll be calling directly from our CRM.
