We are looking for an experienced lawyer to ensure quick and effective resolution of legal matters and maintain legal documentation. The main responsibilities include providing day-to-day legal support, communicating and negotiating with external regulators, maintaining contracts with 3rd party legal support agencies, specifying internal governance policies, preparing corporate documents, reviewing marketing materials, supporting local employees in legalization procedures, processing client complaints and requests, and evaluating risk factors. Additional skills in the educational sphere, forex, and crypto fields are advantageous.
