🟢 Requirements: • Knowledge and experience in management, accounting and finance. 🟢 Responsibilities: • Manage the billing tasks and make improvements to the processes. • Ensure check all the payments failed from our customers and the recovery automation is running. • Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. • Handle payroll processing, including calculating wages, deducting taxes and other withholdings, and issuing paychecks. • Prepare audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement. • Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Oversee the accounts payable process, including reviewing and approving invoices, ensuring accuracy, and managing payment schedules. • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. • Conducts account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. • Experience in leading a team of individuals and overseeing their day-to-day activities. • Experience in providing guidance, support, and feedback to team members, fostering their professional development, and creating a positive work environment. • Oversees the operations of a department or business unit, ensuring efficient processes and resource allocation.
