Our Client is seeking a Senior Product Designer (Digital) to join a collaborative digital experience team supporting a global leader in healthcare innovation. In this role, you will blend user experience strategy with visual design mastery to create intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital products. You Will:
* Lead the design of digital experiences that are user-centered, accessible, and grounded in research, translating insights into clear interaction patterns and product flows.
* Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to define problems, explore solutions, and validate concepts through iterative design while ensuring design intent is preserved through development.
* Work within and evolve a robust design system by defining patterns, components, and standards that ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across products.
* Deliver pixel-perfect interfaces that balance aesthetic excellence with functional clarity, including high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and micro-interactions that bring experiences to life.
* Collaborate with UX researchers to conduct usability studies, A/B tests, and concept validations, leveraging findings to refine user journeys and improve engagement metrics.
* Drive design excellence from concept through delivery by presenting work confidently, incorporating feedback thoughtfully, and mentoring other designers in best practices.
* Simplify complex medical and scientific information through human-centered design, transforming abstract concepts into experiences that are clear, empathetic, and engaging.
You Have:
* At least seven years of professional experience designing digital products, supported by a strong portfolio of UX and visual design work across web and mobile platforms.
* Deep understanding of user-centered design processes, including journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
* Experience working within and contributing to design systems with scalable, reusable components.
* Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity in responsive design and accessibility standards.
* Proven success working in agile environments alongside developers, product managers, and researchers.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
* Experience designing within regulated or healthcare-related environments is a plus, but curiosity and empathy are essential.
