As part of this mission, we are seeking a talented Product Designer to join a world-class team that is reimagining how technology supports one of the world’s oldest industries. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive, high-impact product experiences that feel like a “secret weapon” for underwriters and insurance professionals alike. The Role As a Product Designer, you will: * Lead the design and problem-solving process for new product experiences and enhancements across the platform. * Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to solve complex, high-stakes user problems. * Move seamlessly between conceptual thinking and hands-on delivery, ensuring design excellence at every stage. * Rapidly produce and iterate on prototypes and mockups to bring ideas to life and inspire collaboration. * Participate in in-person workshops and cross-functional sessions to align design strategy with business and user goals. * Continuously elevate design standards by providing constructive feedback, championing best practices, and exploring innovative solutions. About You We’re looking for someone who brings creativity, technical skill, and a passion for impactful design. You’ll bring: * 4+ years of Product Design experience (ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech-driven environment). * At least 1 year of experience designing and shipping B2B SaaS products. * Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, from discovery to delivery. * Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and processes. * Expert proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite. Bonus points for: * Experience in FinTech or InsureTech. * Hands-on experience developing or maintaining design systems and UI pattern libraries. * Willingness to travel 6–8 weeks per year for workshops or team collaboration.
