Our services are fully bespoke, with ticket sizes ranging from $10,000 (entry-level) to an average engagement of $75,000, and can reach $450,000+ for full-scale business transformations.
We are seeking elite High-Ticket Closers — hunters and deal-makers who can command a room, close one-call or short-cycle high-ticket deals, and thrive in a luxury, authority-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full-cycle closing for high-value bespoke engagements ($10K–$450K+): qualifying, presenting, negotiating, building or modifying contracts live, and collecting e-signatures and payments on the call.
* One-call and short-cycle closing: thrive on fast results and high conversion.
* Pipeline management: use HubSpot CRM for activity tracking, handoffs, and forecasting.
* Contract customization in real time: screen-share with prospects, translate needs into contract terms live, and finalize agreements.
* Travel and close live at premium events (e.g., executive conferences and high-end networking rooms).
* Impression management: present yourself 1–2 pay grades above the client — polished wardrobe, executive presence, and camera confidence.
* Continuous mastery: participate in advanced sales coaching and review recorded calls to sharpen technique.
* Results-driven accountability: meet KPIs, track time, and report performance consistently.
Requirements:
* Based in Colombia or the Dominican Republic with exceptional, neutral/US-accent English.
* Proven track record in high-ticket one-call closing (coaching, timeshare, luxury goods, high-ticket SaaS, enterprise services, etc.).
* Comfortable closing at $10K–$450K+ price points and collecting signatures/payments live.
* Executive presence and ability to build trust with C-suite / ultra-high-net-worth clients.
* Tech-savvy: HubSpot CRM, screen sharing, e-signature platforms, Google Workspace.
* Travel-ready, self-driven, highly competitive, KPI-obsessed.
Nice-to-Have:
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
* Background selling bespoke consulting, enterprise services, luxury offerings, or timeshare.
* Multilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus but not mandatory.
* Experience creating custom proposals/contracts (beyond templates).
Aggressive, uncapped commissions:
* ~$10K deals → 10% commission.
* $100K closed in a month → bump to 15% commission.
* Elite performers (>$500K/month) can earn 20–30% or custom bonus structures.
* Additional bonuses for event-based closings, multi-month contracts, and team KPIs.
* Clear path to 7-figure annual earnings for top closers — no artificial caps.
