This role involves providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of matters, including commercial contracts, marketing campaigns, and compliance with laws and regulations. Responsibilities: - Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts such as sponsorships, service agreements, and partnerships. - Advising on legal and commercial aspects of marketing campaigns, raffles, and content initiatives. - Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance with laws and regulations, including transportation laws and intellectual property. - Conducting legal research and analysis to assess the impact of new laws and regulations on the company’s operations. - Advising sales, marketing, tech, and product teams on the legal feasibility of new features and products.
