Requirements and responsibilities

⚡ As a system analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient IT systems and processes for our organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are performing effectively and efficiently, and you will identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to senior management. ⚡ Qualifications and education requirements: 🔹 Experience: 3 to 5 years (entry to senior level). 🔹 High-level reporting experience. 🔹 Experience with IT projects is desirable. 🔹 Strong data manipulation/analysis skills are a big plus (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Knime, SQL). 🔹 Process modeling or BI tools are a plus (e.g. Bizagi, Visio, Tableau, PowerBI). 🔹 English professional working proficiency is required to interact with stakeholders. ⚡ Role and responsibilities: 🔹 Create, review and update requirements for IT solutions and systems. 🔹 Data Integrity. 🔹 Develop high-level workflow and product documentation. 🔹 Interact with Business teams for business understanding, requirements management and testing. 🔹 Monitor the IT systems implementation, integration and testing with the Development team. 🔹 Conduct internal quality assurance for IT solutions, data integrity analysis. 🔹 Communicate with users and technical teams on information and support requests. 🔹 Prepare and present product demos and onboarding sessions. 🔹 Deliver timely KPIs/reports or information requests. 🔹 Identify and provide feedback on issues and improvement opportunities. 🔹 Capacity for timely and efficient technical assistance on assigned systems collaborating with IT teams.
