The Member Compliance Executive is a 12 month FTC maternity cover and will work reactively to reported issues and will conduct investigations into potentially non compliant practices of reported Zoopla members with a view to resolve any incidences quickly and effectively. Responsibilities: - To conduct investigations into reported breaches of Zoopla Property Group terms and conditions. - To ensure that user report listing errors are responded to and investigated in a timely and thorough manner. - To maintain regular contact with the relevant Sales managers/account managers so that they are aware of current investigations relating to their customers. - To acquire the relevant regulatory documentation where appropriate. - To maintain regular contact with the Finance, Contracts and Sales departments throughout the compliance process. - To use in-house systems and a methodical approach to resolving issues. - To ensure CRM is updated with all relevant documentation attached. - To complete any further ad hoc tasks that the role may require.
