Requirements and responsibilities


• In close collaboration with all of the teams with CS, define the needs for automation and tooling to support daily operations and that allows CS&S to meet the fundamental need to measure performance and quality. • Develop and define technical business requirements for tooling and infrastructure for the CS organization made up of Customer Experience, Customer Success managers, Professional Services and Customer Support. • Conduct analysis to identify areas for process optimization and work with teams to implement. • Collaborate with key cross departmental stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify potential impacts to the CS organization as well as other key upstream and downstream impacts.
