Requirements and responsibilities


• Own the success and quality of the end to end retail direct recruitment cycle. • Design, build, and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy that is aligned to the organization’s vision, values, objectives, and priorities. • Create exceptional candidate and employee experiences by utilizing a “design thinking” approach in the development and delivery of recruiting processes. • Establish strategic partnerships with third party search firms to augment recruiting efforts for highly critical and/or hard to find niche talent needs. • Establish, monitor and measure applicable success metrics. • Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws governing equal opportunity in selection and hiring processes, while championing States Title’s culture with a passion for the value that is created through a diverse and inclusive team.
