The Opportunity:We’re looking for a highly motivated Manager, Financial Systems. This position will be involved in the development, implementation and support of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.The Manager Financial Systems is a member of Ziff Davis’ Enterprise Applications team, working closely with Accounting, Finance and other business teams to meet the business needsThis is an individual contributor role with 100% hands-on responsibilities for configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion. Accounting background is required (preferably CPA)Key Responsibilities:Manage, support and implement Oracle Financials modules in ERP CloudSupport users through day to day, month-end and year-end activities. Must have prior experience of thisResearch and analyze business processes and identify areas for improvementsEnsure SOX compliance by documenting system changes and permission changesAssist accounting team members with documenting and improving upon existing processesStay up to date on system functionality and monitor new releases for potential areas of improvementProvide user trainings on system functionality and processesTroubleshoot any system issues that arise and provide timely solutionsPerform any data cleansing work as needed to improve reporting/processes.Employ creative solutions to complex problems that may arise.Job Qualifications:Significant accounting background (CPA preferred)10+ years of experience supporting Oracle, at least half on Oracle Fusion ERP CloudExperience with system financial audits and controlsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsComplete comfort working with finance and accounting users at all levelsDeep knowledge of modules GL, GIS, AP, Cash Management with Procurement preferred. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is $180,000 to $190,000 and may be eligible for a bonus. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
