We’re hiring internally at Ellivia.We’re looking for another Full Cycle Recruitment Specialist based in the Philippines to help us build a deeper, client-ready talent pool as demand grows.This is a full-time, remote role for someone who can manage the recruitment process with care, structure, and good judgment — from creating clear job descriptions to reviewing applications, conducting screening interviews, writing decision-ready notes, and keeping candidate records accurate.You’ll support both general VA talent-bench campaigns and client-specific openings, helping us identify strong candidates and match them with the right opportunities.We’re looking for someone with:Experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, RPO, or high-volume candidate screeningExceptional English communication skills, both written and spokenExperience reviewing resumes, applications, and candidate videosConfidence conducting structured screening interviewsStrong organization, follow-through, and attention to detailComfort working in an ATS, CRM, or recruiting trackerReliable full-time availability with dependable U.S. time-zone overlapExperience recruiting virtual assistants, remote professionals, or Philippine-based talent for U.S. clients is required.If you’re thoughtful, organized, candidate-centered, and serious about helping build strong remote teams, we’d love to hear from you.
